Svartzonker is a Swedish fishing brand rooted in passion,
craftsmanship, and Scandinavian predator fishing culture.
The brand was founded by Claes “Svartzonker” Claesson, an angler, designer, and profile well known in Swedish sport fishing. What began as a personal passion for creating effective and visually striking lures soon developed into something much bigger.
Stubbornness, curiosity and a drive to create baits that catch many and big fish have led us to our best-selling and, above all, catch successes such as McTail and McRubber.
We are proud to own and design all of our products ourselves.
With the goal to make sport fishing the best experience
In the early days, Claes started designing lures based on hands-on
experience from Nordic waters, especially targeting pike and perch. His approach was simple but uncompromising: lures should not only catch fish, but also reflect personality, creativity, and respect for nature. The early Svartzonker designs quickly gained attention for their bold shapes, distinctive color patterns, and proven performance.
As demand grew, Svartzonker evolved from a
small-scale project into an established brand within the fishing industry. Over the years, the company expanded its product range to include lures, rods, accessories, and apparel, while staying true to its original vision. Today, Svartzonker products are used by anglers across Europe and beyond, appreciated for their reliability, innovation, and unique identity.
We strive to maintain a high level of service both in terms of deliveries and availability.
We work hard to make marketing content, so that the customer can access "how to do" films, product images and advertising images easily and smoothly.
A few years ago we also took the step and created a webshop for everyone who wants to try lure building by opening Betsbyggarkiosken.
