Top Rumbler is a top water bait that gives you visual and heart-pounding strikes when you least expect it!

The bait hangs on the surface and has a clear side-to-side walk (walk the dog) on top of the surface. Fish it fast or slow with short, distinct jerks and occasionally let the bait lie completely still on the surface.

Top rumbler gives you the opportunity to fish really shallow water or places with a lot of vegetation but it also works well in deeper water, especially when the fish are hunting pelagically.
